This paper will certainly describe Branson's leadership design and evaluate the likely effectiveness of that style in the U. S. today. The daily news will suggest a different management style that would make Mr. Branson a much more effective innovator. How Branson would develop and lead a global crew working on a significant project may also be determined. Finally, the paper will go over how I can integrate some of Rich Branson's management qualities into my function at work. Sir Richard Branson's Leadership Design

Sir Rich Branson's command style is usually transformational. " Transformational command involves looking forward to future trends, inspiring fans to understand and embrace a fresh vision of possibilities, developing others to become leaders or perhaps better frontrunners, and building the organization or perhaps group to a community of challenged and rewarded learners” (Hellriegel & Slocum, 2011, p. 329). Branson's belief that completely happy employees will be better a company by developing even more innovative suggestions and creating better products directly facilitates his practice of adding the employees of Virgin Group LTD ahead of customers and stakeholders. Rich empowers employees to make decisions and he creates intellectual excitement. Intellectual arousal is”The level to which the leader challenges assumptions takes risks and solicits follower's ideas” (Hellriegel and Slocum, 2011, p. 331). Under Sir Richard's leadership philosophy Virgin employees happen to be encouraged and expected to honestly present new and impressive ideas to Branson and tone of voice their grievances.
